Chia Porridge
Lunch: apple, pumpkin seeds and celery salad with almond, miso, chipotle dressing
Snack: Orange
Dinner: Almond milk and blueberry smoothie
I REALLY want some popcorn right now. Buttery, salty wonderful popcorn. But instead, I'm asking myself "What is it that I really need right now that popcorn is the easier answer?"
