Lunch: Waldorf salad from Brigette Mars book "Rawsome"
Snack: handful of almonds and an orange
Dinner - pizza. Not raw pizza, but cooked pizza. I made it because the night before as I was laying in bed trying to go to sleep I could feel my body humming - really loud - and it freaked me out. So I decided the next evening I would have something, well, more sedating, and it worked! I slept 9 hours, whereas the night before I slept 5. I know that raw food works for me and that I don't feel sleepy after only 5 hours of sleep; but psychologically, I needed 8 to 9 hours, so I ate the pizza.
At least I'm aware of what's happening.
