Raw Menu One

Breakfast:
Green juice of celery, collards, kale, apple and lemon

Snack:
2 almond flour cookies

Lunch:
Chia porridge with blueberries and maca

Snack:
Handful of pecans

2 apples with peanut butter

Dinner:
Carrot Ginger soup
Pineapple
