Breakfast:
- Green juice - celery, apple, kale, lemon, ginger... decided about half way thru that it needed something else and added mandarin orange juice - yum!
- chia porridge - chia, water and raisins
-oolong tea
-milk thistle seed milk OMG! so good, I will be posting the recipe soon.
Lunch:
-tamales with raw salsa
-almond cookies
Snack:
two oranges
Dinner:
arugula salad with oranges, sun-dried tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, olives
I woke up with a terrible headache this morning; due, I guess, to the increase in raw foods. I listened to Karen Knowler's Raw Food Re-set teleclass the other night and she mentioned that headache and sluggishness might be the temporary result of adding more raw foods into my diet.
I wonder what tomorrow will bring?
