Breakfast: green juice and chia porridge

Snack: cookies of raw oats, dates, raisins

Lunch: smoothie of raspberry, orange, almond and vanilla bean

Dinner: salad of apple and celery with a miso, almond, lemon juice dressing - divine!

Menu 8

Well, I'm back after a cooked food bender over the long weekend - mmmm, cookies.

Breakfast: green juice of apple, kale, parsley, ginger, and celery.
Chia porridge of 1/3 c chia, 2 c. water, 1 tbl maca and 1 c. blueberries

Lunch: cabbage, celery, arugula, sunflower seeds, and current salad with lemon juice/miso dressing. The lemon juice and miso did a great job of breaking down the cabbage so it wasn't so cabbage-y

Dinner: cooked tamales with raw salsa.

Menu 7

Breaskfast - green juice of parsley, celery, kale, lemon and apple
Chia porridge

Lunch: Waldorf salad from Brigette Mars book "Rawsome"

Snack: handful of almonds and an orange

Dinner - pizza. Not raw pizza, but cooked pizza. I made it because the night before as I was laying in bed trying to go to sleep I could feel my body humming - really loud - and it freaked me out. So I decided the next evening I would have something, well, more sedating, and it worked! I slept 9 hours, whereas the night before I slept 5. I know that raw food works for me and that I don't feel sleepy after only 5 hours of sleep; but psychologically, I needed 8 to 9 hours, so I ate the pizza.

At least I'm aware of what's happening.

Breakfast: Green juice
Chia Porridge

Lunch: apple, pumpkin seeds and celery salad with almond, miso, chipotle dressing

Snack: Orange

Dinner: Almond milk and blueberry smoothie

I REALLY want some popcorn right now. Buttery, salty wonderful popcorn. But instead, I'm asking myself "What is it that I really need right now that popcorn is the easier answer?"

Menu 5

Breakfast:
Green juice of celery, kale, apple and lemon [forgot the ginger]
Chia porridge

Lunch:
Chaco Canyon Cafe's Raw Bowl of Ginger Sesame Noodles [it was zucchini, broccoli, spinach, tahini, ginger and lemon - maybe; I'm not sure about the lemon]; Swamp Monster juice: carrot, pear, beet, kale and some other stuff.

Snack:
3 mandarin oranges

Dinner:
Green juice again! kale, celery, apple, pineapple and ginger.

Ok, so I'm not very creative with post titles - it says what it need to though!

Breakfast:
green juice - celery, apple, ginger, parsley, kale, lemon

Had a close call this morning - I stopped by Whole Foods to get a cookie or two, but they didn't have the ones I wanted, so I didn't buy one; someone is looking out for me!

Lunch: Chia porridge with blueberries
almond flour cookies

Snack: 2 oranges

Dinner: salad of romaine lettuce and arugula with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, oranges and my signature dressing of olive oil, tamari and balsamic vinegar - yum!

I'm also making almond yogurt; I'll report tomorrow as to whether it's any good.

sauteed broccoli and onions with peanut sauce
almond flour cookies

Snack:
2 mandarin oranges
