Ok, so I'm not very creative with post titles - it says what it need to though!
Breakfast:
green juice - celery, apple, ginger, parsley, kale, lemon
Had a close call this morning - I stopped by Whole Foods to get a cookie or two, but they didn't have the ones I wanted, so I didn't buy one; someone is looking out for me!
Lunch: Chia porridge with blueberries
almond flour cookies
Snack: 2 oranges
Dinner: salad of romaine lettuce and arugula with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, oranges and my signature dressing of olive oil, tamari and balsamic vinegar - yum!
I'm also making almond yogurt; I'll report tomorrow as to whether it's any good.
